The brief: Three Bedrooms, One Bedroom which could be easily used for Guests with Ensuite, Double car garaging, great for entertainng friends and family with interconnected spaces.

 

Utilizing a basic 'C' shape facing the West to catch the beautiful afternoon sunshine, while allowing the owners privacy within their well appointed courtyard with level entry decking matching the internal floor level and removing the supporting internal corner post (by way of some tricky engineering) and meeting triple stacker sliders which when open blurs the lines between inside and out.

aesthetics: My clients' like 'stack bond' masonry, with contrasting low maintenance plaster render finish, square profile Aluminium Joinery units also. We ran the 'stack bond' masonry around the perimeter of the Proposed double Garage, which created a Entry Foyer with the 'WoW' factor, being tractile and warm throughout the year.
